Shaving the nether regions is scarey enough. I think waxing your sack would hurt like hell and on a hot day they'd need a really long room to compensate for bag stretch.
I keep my pubes freshly shaved even when I'm not regularly getting laid. It just feels better like that, plus might as well be prepared.
