  So the last day on the vacation I woke up in the bath tub. My mom said she asked me during the night what I was doing and I said, "swimming."

• 12:22AM Yes it does. It says he WOKE UP in the tub and his mom said she came in there sometime during the night and asked what he was doing. If she asked him that during the night and he woke up there later in the morning, she obviously didn't get him out of the tub did she? I still say there most likely wasn't any water in there.

• 6:43PM Upon being awakened while trashed, I passed out on the grass next to the fire pit and my mom asked me what I was doing and I said "roastin' marshmellows woman, jesus!". That didn't mean the fire was still going. It wasn't. I'm willing to bet the tub was empty.
