Possibly an even worse idea for the louisianans(?) than the people over here in CA. I don't know of any men's restrooms that don't have toilets though...

yeh good point 2 35, mens bathrooms never have only urinals, so unless this girl was in a bathroom with all the stalls occupied this makes no sense. in fact, its just fuckin stupid anyway. fail
Thanks 2:10PM, I'm retarded. It's kinda funny though. The way I read it, she used the urinal as a stair to avoid the stairs. Like, stepped on the urinal instead of the stairs. I know, like I said, I'm retarded.
