    I know a Dallas county sheriff. Typically with somethin like that yes they'll incinerate bc they HAVE to check into evidence, but I promise you anytime a cop gives a "warning" or if it's a minor enough bust that he can get away with it, he'll smoke it.

    Guys, they're cops and their job is to keep people from doing things that are illegal and keep order. It doesn't make them "dumb" and it's unlikely that if this was over drugs, they're going to go do them themselves. It's also a cop's job to put their life on the line every day for people such as yourselves who think they're dumb and hate them.
