• I call bullshit. They make you sign a waiver that says you haven't been under the influence of alcohol in the previous 24 (maybe even 48) hours to get a tattoo OR piercing. When I got my nose pierced I lied (because I'd been sober and to work for the whole day) but I know they are hardcore about that stuff.

• no good tattoo artist would do that to a drunk person. you bleed too much cause of your blood is thinner. you should prolly go get tested b/c the scrub artist probably doesn't clean his needles properly. uber FAIL!
