See, this is what pisses me off. 200k per year before taxes is not "rich". That's two people with college degrees. Two engineers, two doctors, whatever. If you want to tax "the rich" set the cap at a million per year so you can hit all the CEOs and sports stars who are ridiculously overpaid. I am currently under my dads insurance and I have a condition where I have to take various amounts of medications and we still have to pay a large amount of money from our pockets because our insurance can't pay all of it.
