What's so funny about this text is that even though the person is pretty much being s grammar Nazi, they failed to use proper punctuation and capitalization. Also, the word English is a proper noun.

2:54 - do some research. Altho Oxford dictionary defines it as a colloquialism, most scholors deem it incorrect since it makes no sense. Leaving out the NOT means you do care I some way, shape or form.
