yeh im so gutted i get free healthcare if only there was some system that hoodwinked the rich into paying at times insane premiums for their healthcare while simultaneously disadvantaging the poor and those with chronic disease who would have to pay premiums they can't possibly afford. yeh we british are definitely the stupid ones with our teeth!
England, Scottland and Whales are all called GREAT BRITIAN. They all used to be separate countries but they are now all part of Great Britian. If you are from any of those areas you are British, people just still refer to themselves as Scottish and such. So quit trying to be all high and mighty, and go fuck yourself, asshole.

Actually, although health care is free here dental care is only free to the elderly, pregnant or under 19 year olds. Also, we do refer to ourselves as British, check any form that you have to state your nationality on...

You have no idea what you're talking about. Referring to the nation as England or as Britain is wrong - the United Kingdom is proper there - but referring to the people as English and/or British is fine.
It's a long-held stereotype that British people have piss-poor dental care and thus bad teeth. It's apparently a fairly accurate stereotype too, for that matter.
