Need to clarify about underwater sex medical risks...shower-ok but pools and submerged sex is not good as it allows water to enter the vagina under pressure and that can cause problems. Shower away!
It also carries medical riks in that water can be forced into the Fallopian tubes causing damage and sterility. Might not be worth the pleasure or the risk. "Hey, let's be careful out there."
